process of elimination - do you have anything connected to your pc (externally or internally) that isnt working?

or unplug things and check

hmm

the only suggestion i can give is to unplug one thing at a time and check device manager to see if its still listed there

if its not, then you know that the thing you unplugged is causing it and can get drivers for it know you know what device it is

if nothing happens when you remove most/all devices (one by one) i wouldnt worry about it too much as it isnt going to affect any of your devices

also, have you updated all of the drivers for things you have connected?, might want to do that too in case

right click the item and choose properties.
click the details tab and click the drop down box called property.
scroll through those and see if anything defining pops out.
if nothing find the property that displays something like the following:

PCI\VEN_9999&DEV_1234&SUBSYS_A987654A&REV_99

then type the bold bits into google. I.e. 1234 A987654A and see what results you get.
